I Know What You Did Last Summer is a series reboot and a modern take on the hit 1997 slasher film of the same name.
Although the eight-episode series dropped has the same premise as the movie adaptation there is a whole new bunch of fresh-faced actors taking on the title roles. This much-hyped new sequel is also not the continuation of its original series.
The plot develops after a fatal car accident. After covering up a hit and run, a group of teenager friends is stalked the following summer by a serial killer who mercilessly taunts them off one-by-one.
The TV show’s friend circle is comprised of twins Lennon and Alison (actor Madison Iseman), rich girl Margot (actor Brianne Tju), Nice Guy Dylan (actor Ezekiel Goodman), Riley (Ashley Moore), and Johnny (actor Sebastian Amoruso), and Riley played by Ashley of course.
