After the massive success of Selling Sunset, the show’s creator Adam DiVello has created yet another spinoff which is called Selling Tampa.
Selling Sunset followed the personal and professional lives of the people working for Oppenheim Group, a Californian real estate brokerage firm whereas Selling Tampa will focus on the lives of realtors working for Florida’s Allure Realty.

Selling Tampa will premiere on Netflix on December 15, 2021, whereas the fourth season of Selling Sunset drops on Netflix on November 24. All though there has not been a separate official trailer for Selling Tampa, Netflix teased both series in a single promo video. Toward the end of the video, we could see Oppenheim, who was surrounded by all his agents throwing the keys to Sharelle Rosado, dressed from head to toe in pink, just like her agents.
Selling Tampa will have eight episodes in a season instead of Selling Sunset’s typical 10. Also, Selling Tampa’s episodes will run for 15 minutes more compared to Selling Sunset Season 4’s 30-minute episodes.
