Omeretta is a former cast member of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. The show is back in 2022 and fans know her as a 26-year-old rapper from Atlanta who knows her for songs like Dat’s Cap, Sorry Not Sorry, and BABA. The hip-hop community understood Omeretta is up next after her 2016 first album, “Black Magic: A Dose in Reality,” became available. The rapper said, “When I be sad or I be like missing him or I want him closer to me, I just go get a tattoo with his name on it.” Additionally, she revealed to Raquel Harper that she and Tabyron had been dating since she was around 14 years old and were “actually engaged.”
Omeretta revealed to Harper that she and her fiance intended to wed while Tabyron was imprisoned and do their wedding ceremony when he returned home. In addition, Omeretta declared that she wants to have kids with Tabyron.

Tabyron Rashad Smith is currently doing 27 years in prison for armed robbery. Per the reports of The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Georgia, Tabyron was one of the two gunmen who robbed nine Asian-owned-and-operated businesses in Atlanta, Doraville, Duluth, Roswell, Stone Mountain, and Norcross in October and November 2017.
Tabyron was arrested on 21 November 2017 after the FBI led a multi-jurisdictional investigation that included the participation of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the Doraville Police Department, the Fulton County Police Department, the Gwinnett County Police Department, the Atlanta Police Department, the Roswell Police Department, and the Sandy Springs Police Department.
According to the website, Omeretta’s boyfriend pled guilty on 23 July 2019 to one count of conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robberies and four counts of discharging or brandishing a firearm during some of the robberies.
The report stated: “Tabyron Rashad Smith, 25, of Atlanta, Georgia, was sentenced by US District Judge Timothy C Batten, Sr to serve 27 years in prison followed by five years on supervised release and to pay restitution in the amount of $135,951.81.”
“This lengthy prison sentence hopefully provides some peace to the victims by ensuring Smith cannot terrorize anyone for decades to come,” U.S. Attorney Byung J. “BJay” Pak shared.

Since Tabyron Smith pled guilty in July 2019 and was sentenced to 27 years in prison, he will be out sometime in 2046 unless an early release or delay in the release under extraordinary circumstances. But, the precise release date of Tabyron is yet to be announced.
