Ben Grosskopf was born to his parents, Lynn O’Toole and Peter Grosskopf. They are his number-one supporters and are proud of what their son has achieved at a such young age.

Sadly, Ben was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer in Jan 2023. He first broke the news through a video with a warning that it was not going to be a “joyous” video like his usual content. In the clip, he says, “Ripping off the bandaid, I have cancer. But I have also known about this for three or four days now so I have had time to process it.”
The star then adds that was a long journey to find out what was wrong with him — being in the hospital several times with multiple tests and more.
He also describes his cancer as type B after stating lymphoma is different from other cancers in the way that its severity is not measured in stages one through four. Instead, it is classified as A, B, or C.
Fortunately, he didn’t have cancer in his bone marrow. So, this meant only extra four months of chemotherapy.
Later, the young man then contemplates the possibility of losing his hair and mentions that he will be wearing a cold cap — a hat worn during chemotherapy that reduces blood flow to the scalp, ultimately preventing hair loss.
