In 2023, she made headlines after shutting down rumors that her estranged sister Felicia dated her husband before she met her man. After a Twitter user posted a tweet claiming that Jackie was Evan’s “[second] choice” because he “was dating her sister first,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey friend took to her Instagram Stories to deny the speculation.
“While that sounds like a great story, it is sadly not true” Jackie shared in a since-expired video on the app on April 1, per Page Six. “If it were true, you would’ve known about it already because I’m completely open about my life, and because I don’t really think it’s that embarrassing of a story.”
Jackie mentioned that her sister has been “happily married” since 1998 whereas she first met and started seeing Evan in 2003.
“If she dated him in the ’90s before I met him in 2003, I actually think that that would’ve been a pretty interesting story,” she added. “I’m also sure that there would’ve been some pictures or something, so I couldn’t even deny it, but sadly, it is not true.”
