The problem appears to stem from the way medical device salesman Hannah Jiles and real estate agent Nick Dorka described themselves in the pods during their appearances on the recently released Season 7 episodes. Hannah Jiles, a recent reality TV star, is among the fascinating and captivating cast of Love Is Blind Season 7. Love Is Blind, a Netflix original series hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, places 15 men and 15 women in an unusual setting where they form bonds and may even fall in love without ever having to see one another. Before marriage proposals are made and a hypothetical wedding is planned, the show combines speed-dating activities and couples’ getaways to let viewers decide whether to pursue their relationship or not.
In the seventh season of Love Is Blind, Hannah Jiles and Nick Dorka finally begin a fascinating romance following a lot of crazy drama and pranks. Nick, a former kicker who attended William & Mary, is currently employed in Virginia as a real estate agent. After first concluding that Hannah is not interested in a relationship, Nick eventually proposes to him, interlocking in an odd dynamic with Leo Braudy and Brittany Wisniewski.
They confide in one another on their appearances in the pods segment of the show. When Hannah learns that Nick is taller than him, he even feels that she has misrepresented his height and build, even though Dorka has plenty of doubts about her appearance as well.
The moment the two travel to Mexico, Hannah witnesses Nick riding a phony duck toy, which soon escalates the drama on the show, and the initial impressions take a turn for the worse. Fans are curious about what happens beyond the first six episodes, which are the only ones that have been released so far, even though she chooses to stay with Dorka for the time being.
Hannah approached her first visit to Love Is Blind in a different way than others, by listing all of her worries about Nick on paper. His devotion, self-assurance, and maturity were a few of those worries. After discovering this list, he confronted her about it and they had several conversations regarding the items she had written (which he claimed contained eight separate bullet points).

Based on social media clues, Nick and Hannah Jiles follow each other on Instagram as of the season 7 premiere. Given that Nick’s Instagram account is mostly focused on his real estate business, it is reasonable that there are no signs of a covert combined vacation. Additionally, their separate season 7 behind-the-scenes photos stick to males for Nick and females for Hannah.

It’s safe to assume that fans of Love is Blind—at least those who watch it online—don’t know if Taylor and Nick will stay together past the altar. Nick tells Hannah’s parents in the season teaser that he wants to marry her and take care of her, but there’s a major blow-up at what looks to be the pod squad reunion party. As Nick and Katie, a cast member, start talking and growing close, Katie describes Nick as “such a beautiful and deep person.”
After Nick attempts to question, “Are we mature enough to—,” Hannah interrupts, “Are you mature enough, Nick? Because I’ve taught you everything that you fucking know; I’ve turned you from a boy into a fucking man.”

“It’s just a part of my journey and when I’m talking about weight loss, it’s my biggest insecurity, so it’s something that’s important to me,” Hannah exclusively told Us Weekly before the new season premiered October 2. “And talking about it, I don’t think, disclosed how I look because they don’t know if I’m 300 pounds and I lost that weight or if I’m 120 and I lost the weight. They can judge or they can try and figure out what I weigh, but I’m confident in myself and I just wanna let you know ’cause that’s who I am and it’s part of me.”
Hannah discussed her weight fluctuations with Leo Braudy on the show, sharing that as a child, her mother used to lock the cabinets to keep her from munching.
“During Covid, I gained weight. I was never, like, fat — I mean, fat is so subjective right?” Hannah revealed to Leo. “And then last year I lost 45 pounds. So weight is still a sensitive topic to me.”

Ryan and Philanie Jiles are the parents of Hannah Jiles. Born in October 1976, her mom Philanie is 48 years of age. Her dad turned 47 in July 2024.
Philanie works as a Registered Nurse at Mount Carmel Health System. Ryan has been a Security Senior Manager at Amgen since February 2023. He attended Marshall University and West Virginia University.
