Gary Levingston, a man from Palm Desert is hopeful of finding his true love at the renowned Agoura Hills “Bachelor” house during the first season of “The Golden Bachelorette.” The newest “Bachelor” spinoff series features twenty-four senior men from nationwide vying for leading lady Joan Vassos’ affection. She competed in Gerry Turner’s “The Golden Bachelor” season; however, a family emergency forced her to withdraw from the show early.
ABC’s “The Golden Bachelorette” debuted on September 18.
On his Instagram page, Gary shared a picture of himself and Vassos with the words, “Can’t wait to share my journey” and two rose emojis. If that doesn’t scream Coachella Valley native, we don’t know what does. The valley resident briefly discussed pickleball in a “The Golden Bachelorette,” promotional film.
Gary’s bio describes him as, “a zest for life that lights up every room he enters.” His hobbies include golfing, spinning classes, and watching “The View.” In addition, he loves to sing and dance and is the godson of the late Tina Turner, the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll.”

Gary worked on several other movies when he was at USC’s SCA, including “The Celebration,” which had a director nominated for an Academy Award, as producer, and “The Saddle” and “Muskets,” as assistant director. He finished his job as the line producer for the Emmy Award-winning film “Only Light,” which is presently playing at various film festivals and winning numerous awards from all around the world.
