The Mole, the newest show on Netflix, reveals that the entire production is built on fabrications. The program is a remake of the five-season ABC television series of the same name. Twelve contestants compete against one another in challenges to add money to a pot that will ultimately belong to only one of them on the ten-episode show that spans three weeks.
However, producers have assigned one player the job of “mole” in order to prevent the other participants from earning money. The competitors’ wages are based on how successfully the mole executes their task, which hurts the tasks and lowers the prize money. Eventually, one player will outlast the others and find the Mole to win the prize money.
Greg Shapiro is an avid traveler who has been to 40 countries and backpacked all over the world. He shared that the marketing role has taught him how to read people well, as he spends his days figuring out if they’re lying. He’s confident that he’ll be able to gain people’s trust and use that to his advantage to take it to the end.
