Soap Opera actor Brandon Barash is engaged. “General Hospital” star made a dramatic proposal where he pretended to fall and hurt his leg after a picture with his daughter and his now-fiancee Isabella Devoto. Then he got on his knees with a ring in his hand while Isabella started bursting into tears.
The video of the proposal was posted on his Instagram account with a caption, “How was YOUR weekend? Watch till the end!!” The fans and friends crowded to congratulate the engaged couple. The pair is yet to announce their plans for their wedding.
Isabella and Brandon went public with their relationship in December 2020. He introduced her with a post where he wrote, “lucky fella.”
Bradon was previously engaged to ‘All My Children’ actress Natalie Hall in 2011. However, the engagement fell apart shortly after. After the breakup, Brandon started dating ‘General Hospital’ co-star Kristen Storms. The relationship took a serious turn and he proposed to Kristen with a blue raspberry Ring Pop in hand at a gas station in Wrightwood, California.
They planned their wedding ceremony with the team at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. They eventually shared their wedding vows in Vegas with 200 attendees including their parents and immediate family in June 2013. But after almost being together for three years of marriage, the married couple got divorced.
Brandon spoke to Soap Opera Digest and revealed, “We are splitting due to the cliché irreconcilable differences, but we’re splitting amicably,” He added further, “We have every intention of remaining a family through this and successfully co-parenting our kid and retaining a friendship in the efforts of raising her in a healthy environment.”
The couple did try counseling to work on their marriage but resorted to divorce and believed it was the best option for their family. His ex-wife revealed, “This was not a hasty decision; a lot of thought and therapy went into this,”
Moreover, she added, “We went to therapy for a long time, trying to figure out how to communicate better with each other. It’s not anything that we dislike about each other.” Together they share a daughter Harper Rose. Harper was born on 9 January 2014.
On 2 June 2018, Brandon shared an IG post and revealed his new girlfriend Morgan Mitchell. He called his trainer girlfriend his soulmate. Morgan shared about the instantaneous connection two had while wondering if she had ever loved someone truly, as she did to him.
