Love Is Blind: Are Jason Beaumont And Kara Williams Still Together?
After a 2 year hiatus, Netflix’s Love is Blind finally returned for its second installment on Feb 11, 2022, and it saw 30 singles (15 male and 15 female) including Jason ready to take their shots at love.
Just like the inaugural season, the show introduced the couples through their respective pods, unable to see each other, however, able to communicate as much as they want. So, once they’ve decided, the potential husband/wife would then embark on a trip to a romantic destination, and meet each other’s family before deciding if they want to get married in the final ep or not.
But Jason’s love story with Kara Williams was never followed!
And to fans’ surprise, the participant later revealed through an IG post that he and Kara were engaged on the show as well. “There has been a lot of people asking me why I had no luck in the pods… SURPRISE! kara_williams & I walked out of the pods an engaged couple as well!” Jason captioned the post.
It seems that Kara found a way to get inside that protective personality of Jason — always so nervous, and afraid to be vulnerable. Unfortunately, the two called off their engagement soon after they left for their honeymoon.
Recalling his time with Kara, Jason shared that it was “without a doubt the best feeling (he) ever had in (his) entire life”, and added, “that (break-up) will never take away the feelings and love I had for her throughout this process.”
As for Kara, she had no comments about not being featured on the show. All she shared about her time on Love is Blind was that on their first date she told Jason that he sounded like a f*ckboy, after which he asked her to apologize and she still hasn’t!
Jason Beaumont Family
Jason Beaumont comes from a family of four.
His parents are Bruce and Dianne Beaumont. Unfortunately, his father passed away on April 4, 1993, at the age of 31.
As for his mother, Dianne was alive and doing well at the age of 67 in 2022. According to Jason, after his father’s death, his mom “stepped up right up to the plate and did what she had to.” No wonder, he even wished her on Father’s day as well.
Talking more about her, Dianne is a Rochester, New York native. She attended St. Joseph’s Business School and went on to become an Operations Manager at Hillyard, Inc until March 2019. The last we checked, she lived in Victor, New York as a widower.
Overall, Dianne was her son’s “best friend, hero, and his world.”
As for Jason’s sibling, he has a big sister named Chelsey Jones who got married in June 2014. Chelsey then went on to have her kid’s gender reveal party in Jan 2018 and welcomed her son named “Beau” on June 28, that same year.
Trivia: Jason’s sister Chelsey receives her birthday wishes on May 10.
