Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne was recently spotted on what looked like a date with the very famous American lawyer James Lewis Wilkes, II, i.e., amid her divorce from disgraced former attorney Tom Girardi. Jim, but then, took to Instagram to gush over his wife Jessica Collins, still wanting the world to know he is a happily married man.

After his Las Vegas “date” with Erika Jayne, Jim Wilkes took to his IG @1jwilkes a black and white selfie of him and his much younger bride Jessica Collins. And next to this picture, on 30 May 2023, he captioned “My wife and me. Having a nice moment”.
People on the internet however were still not ready to believe the recently arrested attorney’s words. Below this post of his, one of the IG users actually commented “You’re married? You realize the internet thinks you’re Erika’s boyfriend😂😂😂”. And giving the gossipmongers more reasons to do their favorite, Erika also actually liked this very picture of Jim and his wife cuddled up.
Fans can only hope that Erika is not entangled with this gentleman because she liked the picture of Wilkes and his wife cuddled up together.
Wilkes filed for divorce from Jessica in March 2021. They clearly reconciled from the trouble at least. What they have been up to now, was yet to be known. Also, it was not yet clear as to where their divorce case stands now.
Jim was photographed strolling through Caesars Palace in Las Vegas with Erika on May 28th.
Jim, a longtime associate of Erika’s ex-husband, has supposedly been helping the RHOBH cast member financially. In fact, the US Sun even reported that he allegedly sent her nearly $500K. The court documents actually state: “Erika filed a summary judgment motion to get herself out of the case, and in response, the law firm noted that Erika was receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars for her legal fees from an attorney named James Lewis Wilkes, II, via Wilkes’ law firm.”
Before Jessica, Jim was married to Melania Tosh, a Tampa/New York dweller who turned 55 in February 2023. There are even today pictures of her on Jim’s social media.
