Jordan Frank, despite being among the season’s youngest contestants, didn’t let that stop him from going after the people he was interested in. The San Clemente, California native revealed that he had been passed over for attention in school and that he had not always been gorgeous. He made an effort to present himself well and in style, and as a result, he had a “glow-up” that made people take notice.
Jordan claimed he took full advantage of his increased likeability and frequently pursued casual relationships, seldom experiencing rejection. He desired to alter his behavior pattern during the season and look for something deeper and more lasting than his existing partnerships.
When Flavia Laos from the fourth season entered as a new participant, Jordan was immediately captivated by her. When she asked him out on a date, he was ecstatic and thought it went really well. If we were to speculate, though, it doesn’t seem likely that Jordan will go back to the tropical property.
“So everyone, I think now is a good time to talk about something. You guys have been so amazing but I want to let you know that I’m leaving tonight,” Episode 4 features Jordan explaining to the group. “I’m sorry I’m at a loss right now. One second. I fall too hard for people and when I fall too hard, you know, I get upset and what I’m looking for isn’t here.”
Chris then gives Jordan a reassuring side hug as he begins to cry. “I love you guys so much, you have no idea. But this is what I want to do,” Jordan continues.
Particularly Flavia, the other members of the cast are clearly emotional. She admits in a confessional that she is “really sad” and holds herself responsible for Jordan’s abrupt departure. Conversely, Joao remarks, “Jordan’s a sweet guy. It’s not my fault we have the same taste in women.”
“The retreat pushed me to my limit I got too emotional, I broke I just know I have so much more to learn when I do go back home,” Reflecting in his own confessional, Jordan says.
“I will be at the beach doing what I do best,” he adds. “Just living sandy, easy, breezy. You know where to find me!”
