Meet Kim Spradlin-Wolfe Family
Kim Spradlin-Wolfe was born to her parents Mike and Roxanne Spradlin on 30 January 1983 as their middle child. In 2012, she earned fame as the winner of the hit TV show Survivor. She has an older sister named Beth Saxton and a brother named Clint Spradlin.
While speaking with Alamo City Mom about her inspiration to be a strong woman, Kim shared, “I am? Well, thanks! I’m not sure that I am, but if I am then it probably comes from my parents. My mom was strong in that she would help me load a couch into the back of her truck without complaining in 100-degree weather.
Kim added further, “My dad was a coach and gone a lot, so we sort of learned to be resourceful as women in the Spradlin family, as there wasn’t a man around to ask for help from. My dad taught me to never, ever quit. I don’t know a lot about parenting yet, but I’ve heard that actions speak louder than words, so I’m hoping that if I’m strong, my daughter will be strong. Is that how it works?”
Who Is Kim Spradlin-Wolfe Mom?
Kim Spradlin-Wolfe was born to her mom Roxanne Hughes Spradlin.
Roxanne is an artist by profession and she is phenomenal. She was known around town for creating and painting whimsical murals and more. She grew up shying away from the spotlight but loved drawing, dancing, running, and singing.
Neither of Roxanne’s parents possessed the artistic skills she had but they nurtured her artistic talents and they supported her. But it was in her 30s that she discovered her passion for painting after going to her friend’s home who was also an artist. She knew that painting was something she wanted to do hence she started taking classes to master her skills.
As she improved, Roxanne also started teaching art classes designing commissioned work, and building an impressive Instagram account.
But, when she met Miss Cayce’s Wonderland founder Jeff Krause, she shot to fame. This meeting opened door to exhibit her work professionally.

Who Is Kim Spradlin-Wolfe Dad?
Kim Spradlin-Wolfe’s dad Mike Spradlin is a football coach.
He coached Abilene Cooper football for five years. He left Cooper after the 2010 season and turned around a Temple program that went 1-9 the year before his arrival.
Mike was named head coach at Temple High School on Feb. 11, 2011, after a successful run at Cooper in which the Cougars steadily improved under his leadership, finishing 11-2 in 2010, his last season.
He led the Wildcats to five consecutive winning seasons, including a state title game appearance in 2014. He ended with a 37-23 record in five years at Cooper. In 2016, he had also served as Athletic Director of Magnolia ISD.
In January 2019, Rockwall-Heath hired Mike as their football coach.
Mike attended and played football for the University of Houston. He was an assistant coach for Art Briles at UH from 2002 to 2005, before taking the Cooper job in 2006.
Mike announced his retirement in December 2021 after serving 33 years in public education.
Does Kim Spradlin-Wolfe Have Siblings?
Kim has an older sister named Beth Spradlin Saxton (@beth.s.saxton). Beth is married to her husband Nathan Saxton (@dadasaxton).
Beth and Nate share two daughters Carter and Emerson and a son named Cash. They celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary in August 2019. They dated for a year before they decided to tie the knots.
Nathan turned 44 years old on 12 October 2021. He attended The University of Mary Hardin Baylor and spent his young adult years as a Youth Minister. Inspired by the events of September 11th Nate joined the United States Navy as a Flight Officer in 2004 where he served for nine years.
Nate has worked as The Director of Government Development for an engineering firm.
He attended and graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor after he went to Belton High School. According to his Facebook, he is the owner of Chick-fil-A Odessa, University Boulevard.
Kim and Beth have a younger brother named Clint. Clint celebrates his birthday on 8 January.
Who Is Kim Spradlin-Wolfe First Husband?
Kim Spradlin-Wolfe’s first husband is not known. In an interview with EW, she shared, “I’ve been up to a lot. So last time coming on, I was coming out of a messy divorce. Twenty-eight years old. Single. Independent. I owned a couple of bridal salons. And since the game, I got remarried, which I’d never thought I would do.”
Furthermore, Kim shared, “But honestly, in the game, that gave me some clarity that it was something I did want to do. So I got remarried and then had three kids about as fast as is humanly possible. So they’re all within 26 months of each other. So now I have a 3, 4, and 5-year-old. And my life is sweet, honestly. It’s just so good. So it was hard to leave.”
But, Kim married Bryan on the beach in front of about 30 guests in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in March of 2013. They exchanged vows in a casual, boho-chic ceremony.
“We chose a private beach near our hotel,” Kim tells PEOPLE. “It’s by a cove. I just wanted it to feel very organic and natural.” Her hair and makeup were done by Survivor castmate Alicia Rosa. The groom wore a purple linen Cuban shirt.
How Many Kids Does Kim Spradlin-Wolfe Have?
Kim and Bryan welcomed their son Michael Thomas in February of 2014. The couple’s only daughter, August Jane, arrived just over a year later, in May of 2015. Kim and Bryan welcomed their third child together, a son named Walt, in June of 2016.
