Now, talking about her boyfriend preferences, she wants someone like the Love Island alum Ovie Soko. He’s a basketball player from season five. “I really fancy Ovie. Really fancy him, and he was the best. He was top tier,” she explained.
Also, the star confessed that she “loves swag” and added that she also fancies Jack Fowler and Jordan Hames from the previous seasons.
On the contrary, two things that turn her off are — if the guy sends her question marks when she has not replied to him in a while and if she sees a gentleman trip over.
So, how did Lana get on Love Island? Well, she was just approached by the show, which made her think, “You know what, this is an opportunity that not many people get and I’m single. So I thought why not go for something and why not try and find someone that way?”
Lana Jenkins Ex-Boyfriend
Lana Jenkins dated her ex-boyfriend Owen Warner for two years before entering Love Island in 2023. The duo got together during the 2020 lockdown and had a “lovely” relationship. So, it’s an amicable split.
“We had a bit of a lockdown relationship, so we spent a lot of time together. And then when we ended, we ended amicably, so I have nothing bad to say in terms of our relationship and the time that we spent together,” she explained.
The star also confessed that she watched Owen become a finalist in I’m a Celebrity 2022. Yes, she found it a “bit weird watch your ex for an hour on telly every evening,” but she did it “out of support.”
Later, she even messaged him, “Well done. That’s amazing that you came, runner-up.”

Lana was also confident that he was going to be “shocked” when she appears in the experimental dating show. In her words, “Everyone that doesn’t know is going to be shocked. It’s not really a normal thing to see your ex going on Love Island and it’s such a strange concept.”
