Magnolia Network’s Inn The Works returned for a second season on 29 October 2022. By now viewers must have realized that the series is not the typical home renovation show. In the first season of Inn The Work we saw Lindsey Kurowski and her team at Knotty Pine completely revamp the Oak Knoll Lodge in Big Bear Lake, California. This time, the same team had undertaken to renovate the historic Springs Inn in the Berkshires, a retro 40-room motel.
Lindsey is the owner of Knotty Pine, a full-service activation/design/build studio, in Venice, California.
Inn The Work then sees Stacey Azzinaro Gilfillan, Lindsey’s mom who Lindsey reaches out to for her aesthetics and customization.
Stacey is a sewist for Inn the Works and in addition to working on the show, she is part of an active quilting community in Texas, where she is doing some amazing work and educating people about the monetary value of quilts. On the show, we also see her share some surprising statistics about the quilting industry.
Viewers have also seen the mother-daughter share a charming story about an heirloom quilt that Stacey made Lindsay for her 30th birthday.
In the very first season back in September 2021, we saw Lindsey reach out to Stacy for the very first time. Stacy at the time had thought it was just another errand she was running for her daughter. But when she was actually on the set of Inn The Works the director was so impressed with her work. He asked her to stay on for the remaining five episodes. So, like that, she was also booked to bring her expertise to season two.

Miss Marley and Kona, she mentioned, are their dogs.
The way Stacey puts it, she has been living the dream leading peaceful, easy feeling days in the drama-free zone in San Antonio, Texas with her retired officer and gentleman.
On days, they drive their 30-foot RV “Elvira” out to California.

On her LinkedIn, she also mentioned being a licensed RN since 1997; with an understanding of diabetes and insulin management, cardiology and orthopedics, and critical care research.
