Kevin Stewart and Sonika Vaid started their love story back in Jan 2020. However, the duo only made their relationship FB official in December of that year.

But sadly, only Sonika was chosen to be a permanent cast of Buying Beverly Hills which featured Mauricio Umansky’s international real estate empire and the agents. Also, Kevin’s co-workers Melissa Platt, Farrah Brittany, Alexia Umansky, Ben Belack, Santiago Arana, Jon Grauman, Brandon Graves, Allie Lutz Rosenberger, and Joey Ben-Zvi, made it the list.
The last we saw Kevin and Sonika, they seemed in love more than ever while posing for a friend’s wedding in Mexico.
According to Kevin, Sonika “deserved the world.” She was his biggest inspiration and his reason to become a better man with each passing day. “You inspire me every day and I can’t wait to watch you keep killin it,” Kevin dedicate an IG post to her.

As for Kevin’s father, the realtor had a lot to say about him. It seems Kevin’s dad always asked him to watch him do works carefully, so he could copy it as well. He instilled the importance of hard work in Kevin, and himself, “willingly sacrificed [his] desires, sleep, and what not to provide” for the family.

Given Kevin Stewart’s mother was in the real estate business, he always wanted to get into one as well. So, he earned his license during his senior year of college, and that very year, he successfully negotiated and closed more than 20 homes.
Thereafter, he joined Realty First Hamilton, and eventually relocated to LA to join The Agency Real Estate in Jun 2017. Within 4 years, Kevin then sold over $50 million, ranking himself among the top Realtors in the country for agents under 30.
With his individualized personal service and high-touch approach, Kevin has gained the trust and respect of luxury homebuyers and sellers all across Los Angeles. His enthusiasm, integrity, and track record of success were greatly appreciated by The Agency.
