Furthermore, the model also followed the story with a pic of a bouquet and a candle surrounded by an assortment of other items, captioned, “Happy Vday y’all.”
The news about Elizabeth and Erich comes three months after Erich’s split with Gabby Windey.
Talking about the split, Erich said that he personally struggled with his mental health during his last relationship with Gabby. “I was learning how to navigate the loss of my father and a new engagement, all at once, and on a public scale nonetheless. There were times I felt lost and unmotivated, and unfortunately, this transferred into a few different areas of my life,” he explained.
However, Erich wishes he could have done things differently. Nevertheless, he’s gained a valuable lesson from the engagement about how to be vulnerable and how to put himself out there 100 percent, to be more in tune with his feelings and express them openly. “Overall, the experience allowed me to come out of my shell in a way I hadn’t before and find confidence in being my true self,” he added.
