In the said IG post, Savannah posted three images of the couple cuddling and kissing. Robert Shiver was previously married to Lindsay Shiver. Lindsay was accused of plotting to kill Robert. She had hired 28-year-old Terrance Adrien Bethel, with whom she was allegedly having an extramarital affair. It also involved a 29-year-old local music producer Faron “Faylo” Newbold Jr., whom prosecutors claim Lindsay attempted to hire as a hitman while on vacation in the Bahamas.
The 36-year-old Lindsay was freed from jail in August along with Bethel and Newbold after posting $100,000 bail, according to the Thomasville Times-Enterprise. Shiver’s release stipulates that she has to wear a tracking device and can’t leave her Bahamian house between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Lindsay was reportedly leading a “double life” in the Bahamas and didn’t hide her affair with the man who police say plotted alongside her, The Post revealed. She presented herself as the epitome of the Southern belle housewife, complete with a faultless family and a husband Robert who played football for Auburn University.
The Post was informed by sources that the native of Alabama began to alter after starting an affair with her co-accused bartender Terrance and making regular excursions to the island of Abaco, where the family owns a second house. The friend claimed that she had a suspicion that Shiver was unfaithful and that as time went on, the housewife revealed her affair, particularly when Robert filed for divorce and mentioned it.
Lindsay, on the other hand, accused her husband of domestic abuse, including beating her in front of their young sons, who are all under the age of twelve, in her response to his application.
According to documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Shiver allegedly hatcheted her idea when the divorce became contentious and emailed Robert a picture with the words “kill him.”
After Lindsay’s purported scheme was uncovered by Bahamian police last month while looking into a theft at Bethel’s workplace and looking through his phone, the woman was taken into custody. As they made their way to the jail, the three were seen on camera strolling around the nearby airport. Bethel huddled under a sweatshirt hood, while Newbold grinned as he went by.
Both Bethel and Newbold are now free on bail after posting $20,000 bond but have to wear electronic monitoring tags and report to Marsh Harbour police station three times a week.
