Part six of the third season of Life After Lockup premiered on 27 August 2021 and returning cast member Shawn Osbourne shacked with yet another convicted felon. This time around, the name of his partner is Sara Isaac.

Sara Isaac and Shawn Osbourne’s story began in December 2020, when Sara was still in prison and Shawn had a history of falling in love with a convicted felon and being duped by her. They talked on the phone, wrote emails, but did not see each other in person, not until Sara’s release from prison in August 2021. Sara was thousands of miles away in Ohio. They still claim that they are in love and Shawn had even met Sara’s family.
The clips released of the new season of Love After Lockup shows Shawn being a nervous wreck about being betrayed in love by yet another felon, and Sara revealing a secret to him. It was not revealed what the secret was exactly. Sara might have been with someone else, or maybe she was married to someone else, or perhaps she did not want a relationship with Shawn. There seemed to be some altercation and Shawn might have felt conned once again, but we also find out that Shawn might be hiding some secrets of his own. For example, he had lied to Sara about his children. Shawn had six children with his longtime partner Kelly Corallo. Kelly and Shawn were together for 15 years, although they were never married before they split in 2013.
Kelly had revealed that Shawn had dated three other convicts before starting a relationship with Sara. One of those previous felons was Destinie Folsom, who was in a relationship with him only to get what she wanted from him.

When Sara Isaac started her relationship with Shawn Osbourne, she was serving 6 years of a prison sentence for Involuntary Manslaughter. She was arrested in 2014 for injecting a man called Richard W. Root, Jr with the heroine. The man died not long after because of a drug overdose. Involuntary manslaughter is a first-degree felony. Sarah served six years in Dayton Correctional Institution in Ohio Sara was only 22 when she committed the crime.
Alongside Sara, two other girls were also arrested at the time for tampering with evidence. Renee Forbes and Katherine Michelle Campbell tried to hide the syringe, money, and medication from Richard W. Root before police arrived.
Before being convicted for manslaughter, she was also arrested and charged for “illegal processing of drug documents” in 2011, when she was only 19 years of age.
