Spencer Conley is among the 11 contestants who still stand after the 4th Episode ended with elimination in season 21 of The Bachelorette in Australia. Despite neither receiving the first impression rose nor the first one-on-one date of the season, Spencer has been Jenn’s (and Bachelor Nation’s) favorite since Night 1 because of his unusual and, to be honest, endearing career.
Spencer’s official Bachelorette bio states he is a “is glass-half-full kind of guy.”
“He oozes positivity in everything he does, from spending time with his family to running his own businesses. The entrepreneur’s work is centered on pets and inspired by his adorable dog, Roux. Spencer Conley is one of the four sons of Lisa Pineiro and Brian Conley. Briana and Lisa raised Spencer and his siblings in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Lisa is a businesswoman and social media influencer with 38.2K followers on her Instagram. She is also the founder and CEO of Glotrition, a skincare business. Brian on the other hand is employed as a principal of Northwest Middle School. Additionally, he is also the director of boundaries and planning for the Salt Lake City School District.
In January 2024, some parents in the Salt Lake City School District asked the school board to redo its recent school closure study over claims the district official overseeing much of the process had a conflict of interest. In a Jan. 26 email to Superintendent Elizabeth Grant and board members, parents from the four schools alleged that Conley had a “clear conflict of interest.”
They mention that Brian’s stepchild attends a different elementary school and that his spouse is the principal of an elementary school in the district. Closing both schools was not advised. The district decided to look at three schools, including his stepchild’s school but ultimately decided against it.
A copy of Brian’s marriage license from the county clerk’s office was used by KUER to verify the identity of Brian’s spouse. The couple was hitched on August 15, 2023. The parents claimed to have used a public document to verify the school that Conley’s stepchild attends.

Furthermore, right after college, Spencer started working at Mohr Partners, Inc. He served as a Corporate Strategic Consultant. He was also a senior fitness instructor at ZYN22. From 2015 to 2019, Spencer served in the role of VP of Marketing and Affiliate Management at Glotrition, LLC.
