Who Are The Voice Sorelle Parents?
The Voice trio Sorelle (sisters in Italian) who hailed from Lexington consists of three siblings singers; Madi (22 years old), Ana or Juliana (20 years old), and Bella (15 years old), the youngest of three. The group was originally started as a duo when Madi was 6 and Ana was 5. “We’ve been doing this together almost all of our lives,” Madi said. “We started social media at 10 or so. We always knew we wanted to do music.”
The trio has performed on America’s Most Musical Family on Nickelodeon.
The singers’ parents are named Candace and David Heichel.
After recording a rendition of Meghan Trainor’s smash song All About That Bass, they quickly gained popularity on social media. Trainor’s “like” and reposts helped Sorellé gain popularity. 2019 saw the girls on America’s Most Musical Family on Nickelodeon after they drew the attention of casting directors.
That is officially when Bella became part of the group. “They (Nickelodeon producers) asked if there were other family members,” Bella said. “I’ve always looked up to them (sisters). Once they asked me, there was no hesitation.”
“She got all the training without me having to spend the extra money,” Candace said.
Before TikTok, Madi and Ana were popular on Vine. They had over 50 thousand followers. The duo never expected those numbers when they posted their very first Vine six months prior, a funny video of their dog. Their first singing Vine on Sept. 5, 2014, was to the song Dynamite by China Anne McClain, which was also the song they used in auditioning for America’s Got Talent.
Madi and Ana posted over 340 Vines mostly filmed by in-house camerawoman their mom, Candace.
During a recent interview with Mansfield News Journal in 2023, Madi admired her mother for having an eye for fashion who wore black and white, the same motif they used in their audition, which was prerecorded several months ago. Whereas, Sorelle credited their dad for exposing them to different types of music.
David introduced them to Queen, Billy Joel to Guns N’ Roses.

“It never stops. It could be the middle of the night, and we’ll hear from someone in LA,” Candace said. “We’re talking to our music producer at midnight, 1 o’clock in the morning.”
The matriarch of the Heichel family discussed how TikTok is a secret behind their success. “A huge part of their success is the interaction with the fans,” Candace said.
“I film because they’re so creative, I feel like they put on a show in six seconds,” said Candace Heichel. “They kind of give you an experience, which could probably come from the 15 theater productions they’ve been in. I think what has made them so popular is they take you somewhere in six seconds, which is magical.”
