Robyn Griggs left behind her beloved husband Mark Wiley when she died on 13 August 2022. The married couple tied the knots on 4 July 2013. The couple’s wedding website is still up to this day. But, they haven’t shared any details on how they met each other. The wedding website further stated that Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios, Jamaica was their honeymoon destination.
In January 2016, Robyn wished her husband their two and a half years anniversary with a post on Facebook. There she wrote, “Happy 2 1/2 year Anniversary to my husband. Love you Always Mark.”
In early July 2022, Robyn and Mark celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary. She wrote a heartfelt message to her husband and wrote, “Happy anniversary to the love of my life. You have been here through all of the ups and downs. Unfortunately, many downs lately. I look forward to every day you come home and watch Emergency!, Gutfeld, and whatever we can find. I am going to make it through and will never stop fighting I love you and am so glad you’re here with me.”
The married couple was living in Chicago till March 2021 before they moved to Arizona.
Speaking with Arizona Daily Sun, she said, “You stand up and feel like your guts are going to fall out. It’s absolutely dreadful. For me, being an actress, who is bound to be dramatic and you add this to it, and I was so overly dramatic after (surgery). My poor husband. He has such patience”.
Robyn was also proud of her husband. In March 2016, she wrote, “Congratulations, Mark. I love you. Today my husband won the Club Corp “Rising Star” award. This was out of all employees all over at Club Corp Golf Courses nationwide. The members nominated him and I cannot express how much it means to see his hard work appreciated.”
Robyn was diagnosed with 4 Endocervical Adeno in 2020. After Chemotherapy and surgery, all visible cancer was removed. However, it returned back and this time it claimed her life. Robyn is best known as a former TV soap opera performer. She was a child actress appearing as a host on Nickelodeon’s “Rated K” show.
She was best known to fans as singing Maggie from Another World and scheming Stephanie from One Life to Live.
Robyn also shared her story to raise awareness of the Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) an option available for ages from 11 to 45 that she shared might’ve prevented cancer she had.

Injuries ended that part of the journey and a career in pharmacy was thought to be next, but after 3 years of Pharmacy School, he knew that wasn’t what he wanted. That’s when golf re-entered the picture and the rest is history.
Furthermore, Mark’s golf career started in 1994 as an Assistant Golf Professional at Tanglewood Manor Golf Club, the golf course he grew up playing as a kid. By 2001, he was a Class-A PGA member and the Head Golf Professional at Meadia Heights Golf Club in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
From 2004 to 2009, Mark was a Head Golf Professional at Bon Air Country Club and from 2009 to 2013 at Meadia Heights Country Club.
In 2005, Mark was honored by being named the Golf Professional of the Year in the Philadelphia Section of the PGA, Central Counties Chapter. Throughout the next 20 years, his journey included chapters not only in Pennsylvania, but at highly recognized facilities such as Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and most recently at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design, Club at Wynstone in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
