Mitch Baker and Ashley Youle started their love story at least in early 2022. On Valentines Day that year, Mitch even featured his boo on an IG post captioned, “Happy Valentine’s Day @ashleyyoule ya gorgeous girl” And in the comment section, Ashley gushed, “Happy v day lover boy ❤️❤️❤️ That keen for some margies.”
On June 10 the duo then moved into their new home in Malvern East, Australia, and they were the happiest after.
The last we saw Ashley on Mitch’s IG was on her birthday (i.e. on March 6) in 2023. “Happiest of birthdays to the sexiest sweetest kind-hearted soul in the world. You are my world. I love you,” he wrote.
Prior to Mitch, the Gold Rush star dated her boyfriend Parker Schnabel. Infact, it was thanks to her boyfriend that she ever got the chance to appear on the show.
The blond beauty first met Parker in Australia in 2016. So, after hitting it off, Parker invited her to spend that summer mining with him in Alaska. “I don’t think she gets quite enough credit for how well the summer went. She is great to be around, she is great for me, and she is just a really cool chick,” Parker said at the time.
Ashley was a great addition to Parker’s team. Fans and even the crew were so invested in them that they started a “Big Kiss Competition” to see which cameraman could catch the most smooches for the show’s footage.
Sadly, the duo broke up soon after and Ashley vanished from the show after season 7. “As successful as our season was, there was, for me personally, one pretty big failure. Ashley and I broke up. I just never made the relationship a priority, I didn’t make her a priority. And honestly, she deserves a lot better than that,” Parker spoke about their break up in Season 8’s episode “Win Big or Die Trying.”
While Parker’s open about their split, Ashley never wished to talk about it. So, for now, Parker’s version is the only story out there telling what really happened.
