Youtuber/actress/singer/writer Colleen Ballinger is best known for her creation and portrayal of the internet character Miranda Sings, posting videos of the character on YouTube, performing her one-woman comedy skit on tour in theatres worldwide, and creating and starring in a Netflix’s Haters Back Off. Rachel Ballinger, the youngest of the popular Ballinger siblings, has been in a relationship with Abbie Livella since 18 January 2021.
On her popular 2.69 million subscribers acquiring self-titled YouTube channel, Rachel has also featured Abbie and talked about their relationship and journey together. In a “HOW WE MET — GF REVEAL” titled video from June 2021, for instance, Rachel for the first time introduced her girlfriend to her internet family. Of course, they had to also tell everyone their ‘how we met’ story.
Rachel never really liked the idea of dating apps. But, her therapist and her sister Colleen at some point started “screaming” at her to get on a dating app. Her therapist even recommended one called “hinge”. She was bored and alone one night making green curry in her kitchen and so she downloaded the app and three days later Abbie messaged her. And so they started talking, talked all through Christmas, and on Christmas night they face-timed for the first time and they never separated since.
Abbie has been featured in several other videos of Rachel’s and they have talked about their love story in detail. They even took “Intimacy Quizzes” once on ‘Rachel’s Podcasts’, another YouTube channel. Back in August 2021, they did a “Handcuffed For A Day” video, and later Rachel reviewed it as “We are basically already attached at the hip, so this wasn’t much different.”

Before Abbie, Rachel dated Matt for a really long time and everyone on the internet knew about it. They parted ways at the end of 2020.
In one video posted in late January of 2021, Rachel told the camera that she has not talked to her ex in over a month. She said they broke up in September and she has not talked to the man in over a month. She also talked about being “intertwined” for eight years.
Rachel came out as gay in February 2021 in a vlog months after separating from Matt.

Abbie Livella’s father is John Livella. He is the son of the late Frances Germaine Livella and Jacob John Livella. On Facebook, the patriarch mentioned being retired from his U.S. Postal Service job and going to Bishop McCort Catholic High School. Also, we came to know that he and Natalie Cardellino Livella, Abbie’s mom, have been married since 1993. They were still together and living in Johnstown, Pennsylvania as of June 2023.

Natalie J Livella, daughter of daughter of late Gail Cardellino of Richland, was born in November 1960. So, she reached the age of 62 in 2023. Two years prior on August 19th, her mom died unexpectedly at the age of 81.
