Allie Smith first came to light in November 2022 after Alex’s sister Emma revealed their relationship in a TikTok video. The clip featured Alex and Emma doing the Soulja Boy “Pretty Boy Swag” dance trend to announce that the former one was now taken.
“Lil bro who has a gf,” Emma wrote alongside a clip of Alex suavely dancing, followed by, “Big sis who’s still single,” to which she rolled her eyes while executing similar dance moves.
Obviously, the comment section consisted of countless questions from fans and followers. “We need an update on Alex’s girlfriend,” one user wrote. While another added, “Girlfriend? OMG, update.”
But little did fans know that Allie had already been featured on Emma’s IG two months before. Yes, in an IG post (dated September 25, 2022), Anna featured the lovely couple with a caption, “Off to HOMECOMING for the siblings.” The pair was captured grinning from ear to ear alongside Anna while dressed in a color-coordinating blue suit and dress.
Allie and Alex first met in Spokane during the Little People of America convention. : “The only convention I decide not to go to, the baby of the family comes home with a girlfriend,” Older sister Elizabeth joked.
The last we checked, Allie and Alex were still together. Infact, they recently attended a junior prom on April 22, 2023, with Alex wearing a suit, while Allie flaunted a red dress.
But on season 13 ep 2 of 7 Little Johnstons, Trent and Amber were just preparing Alex for his first solo trip to visit his girlfriend. Meaning, things went great later.

Her favorite color is Blue. She likes farming, pigs, and adventuring outdoors.
On the other hand, Alex has graduated high school. He is the youngest member of the Johnstons family and was considered the “funny kid” in the family. Also, he was making money through AlexPaperCo where he made and sold everything with paper. There, he sold a variety of origami items and designs, including bookmarks, lotus flowers, and animal families, as well as stickers.
Likewise, his sisters Anna and Emma both also had their own Etsy shops, where they each sold jewelry and other accessories.
Proud of Alex and the rest of her kids supporting themselves with jobs, the matriarch Amber said, “This is a job. It’s a family job in the sense of family business, and we’re all seven in it. And when we no longer all seven want to be in it, then it’s not going to work, but we must all work together.”
