While she maintained a decent picture of herself as a fashionista in the past, recently photographers have spilled the tea on her self-imposed entitlement.
In mid-November 2022, a TikTok user named @smacmccreanor posted a clip in which an unnamed person approached them for a free photography session instead of booking them as a client. That person also went on multiple diatribes with the photographer for not working for free and accepting exposure as payment.
However, a user named @mystic_selise would later reveal that the unnamed person was none other than Amy Roiland asking @smacmccreanor to work for free and bed paid in exposure on Amy’s social platforms.
This obviously infuriated a lot of many people and many of them have also put Amy on blast for her unacceptable and inhumane behavior. People have also used Amy as a prime example of how awful it is for people to ask for free labor.
A photographer named @tanya.volt, who was also asked to photograph someone’s wedding in exchange for social media exposure, said, “I’m just really glad that Amy showed her whole a– on here because it just shows how much it is peak entitled, bratty behavior and they should be called out for it.”
Amy is yet to respond to this controversy. As of this writing, her TikTok account for her blog, A Fashion Nerd, was deactivated. Her Twitter has also been shut down and the comments for her Instagram are currently turned off.
