Ari Smejkal initially joined Windy City Rehab for its inaugural season and kept making his appearance time and again, as Alison Victoria needed help with furniture and interior designs.
Fast forward to 2022, Ari is now back for Windy City Rehab season 3, and his skill is still sharper than ever. He is a constant face alongside host Alison Victoria and frequent collaborators such as Nelson Ramirez.
Promoting the show, Ari took it to his IG on May 5, 2022, to write, “check us out on @Hgtv tomorrow night #windycityrehabchi @thealisonvictoria”
Also, the next day, he posted a short video from his workplace reminding his fans not to miss the next episode.

A craftsman by profession, Ari started his career studying landscape architecture at Harvard University and at the same time running a company of seven people before his education was done. In 1983, he then dropped out of school to pursue his craftwork full-time and eventually formed Hammer Design Group.
Today, Hammer Design Group is popular for its flexibility and offers Furniture, Commercial, Residential, and Artwork services. “There is nothing that HDG can’t design, build and bring to life. The only thing that rivals his master craftsman skills is his kindness, dedication, and hard work,” they claim.
Furthermore, Ari’s company was so popular that they even offered merch including hoodies, tees, hats, and caps ranging anywhere from $14 to $45.
