Aubrey Burchell, a recently diagnosed level 1 autistic, took her singing talent to the Season 17 of America’s Got Talent aiming to show other young people with autism that they too can follow their passion and not fit in the box. All the judges, audiences present there, and viewers watching her on TV, everyone, absolutely loved her voice. And so Aubrey not only received four yeses but also an “I do believe that we are just witnessing somebody’s career about to skyrocket” from Simon.

Aubrey Burchell On AGT (America’s Got Talent)
Aubrey performed an emotionally-charged rendition of “Call out My Name” by The Weeknd during S17E10 of AGT.
She nailed her very first performance and told the judges that she wants to sell out arenas around the world and would love to win Grammys someday.
So, Aubrey earned an opportunity to proceed to the first round of qualifiers she also managed to move people, especially the ones with a similar diagnosis as her. Viewers took to Twitter shortly after her skit and congratulate her for the mightily strong performance and the inspiring message she promotes.
Aubrey was spotted by AGT talent scouts spotted her performance when she was singing while seated on the floor in Target and invited to appear and perform for the AGT judges. She thus took a plane across the nation alone for the first time and traveled to the audition for the show.
She also shared in an interview that has been sharpening her chops since her time on American Idol composing songs in the R&B and pop genres and playing on weekends at bars, vineyards, and other regional venues. Whatever the result, she says she intends to capitalize on the exposure she will receive from AGT.
In the meantime, Aubrey already has a few of her original songs out there.
Speaking of her American Idol stint, she was among the top 70 on the show during its 2018 season. She was 19 at the time and had received a golden ticket to Hollywood.
Aubrey Burchell Job
When Aubrey Burchell headed for the AGT audition, she was working as a target retail employee.
As for her singing, Aubrey said that she kept things moving by spending her breaks creating videos of herself singing. On the stage, in front of the camera, she then added that she wants to achieve mainstream success partly because she wants to disprove stereotypes about level 1 autism.
Aubrey was 12 when she started performing in front of crowds at charity and athletic events. By the time she was 14, she was singing to recorded tracks at the Keynote Café.
Eventually, Aubrey got to perform the National Anthem for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Riverhounds, Pittsburgh Passion, Washington Wildthings, and Heinz Field. She also got to be a fixture in the Westmoreland County music scene with her projects. And last year, she formed an acoustic duo with Noah Myers. From R&B to pop, they have been combining their vocals in a repertoire of music meant to inspire and amuse.

When it comes to music, Aubrey Burchell went after her father, Russell Burchell, who is a guitarist. He turned 47 in October 2021.
