But, Binh started pursuing an entrepreneurial career by joining entrepreneurship conferences and networking. He knew he had a passion for Nutrition, Health, and helping others which eventually got him started to become a Sports Nutritionist, Online Coach, & Personal Trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning. So, he decided to get certifications.
Binh has shared services and charges on his website. He provides services such as the 21-Day Life-Changing Habit Plan, and the proceeds go to charity. Beach Body-Elite Group Workout, he trains for 1 hour and charges $70 each. Group workouts (up to 10 individuals). Workouts are customized and tailored to the group’s ability level. Moreover, the workouts are done at the beach of choice (weather permitting). The workouts are jam-packed with elite-level exercises to shed fat and build team chemistry.
90-Day Nutrition & Health Plan lasts for three months and he charges $200/month. Whereas 1-Year Nutrition & Health Plan, he charges $150/month.
But for him, the biggest challenge was juggling so many different things at once. He worked 9-5 and took care of my nutrition and mental/physical health.

Binh Trinh Parents
Binh Thanh Trinh’s parents met at a refugee camp in New Orleans. They fled from their homeland during the Vietnam war. According to Binh, they came with nothing and worked harsh, exhausting, and low-paying jobs to provide for him and his brother. Because of their struggle, they made sure their children were highly educated.
His parents wanted them to have a “quality education resulted in having a stable job with a high salary and great benefits, which is what my parents wanted for me”.
Speaking to SD Voyager, Binh added, “I couldn’t have made it here without the sacrifice and support of my parents. They instilled in me hard-working ethics and respect, and although they did not determine my final destination, they were an integral part in helping me to achieve fulfillment, happiness, and purpose”.
Binh has a brother named Nam Thanh Trinh who is a valedictorian in high school and UCSD. He studied to become an Emergency Room Medical Doctor and is an MD. He is currently based in Washington, DC. Furthermore, he graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2021.
Nam is working on a residency at MedStar Health and is expected to complete it by 2024.
