Good news fans, Dave Lawson married his long-time friend and the Succession actress Sarah Snook in a secret wedding back in February 2021. Yes, the two recently (in Oct 2021) opened up about their marriage in an interview with Vogue Australia.

Dave Lawson And Sarah Snook’s Relationship
Dave Lawson and Sarah Snook have been friends since 2014. Although they “lived” and “traveled together,” the two never actually dated. Their relationship was what some may consider “platonic.”
However, in 2020, once the COVID-19 lockdown was imposed, the duo were both locked down in Melbourne. And that was when they fell for each other. As for who took the first step, Sarah revealed that it was her who fell for her “best mate” and proposed to him in October 2020.
Just four months later, the lovebirds then went on to home an intimate wedding in Brooklyn. The guest list included Sarah’s roommates as well as her Succession co-star Ashley Zukerman, who also served as the couple’s witness.
Reportedly, the pair wore marching Blundstone boots — Sarah was dressed in a vintage velvet Chloé coat.
In a retrospective, Sarah shared that the past year was filled with “so much heartache and sadness in the world,” but “on a micro personal level,” she felt “very fortunate.” Also, she went on to admit that without the pandemic they might never have ended up together “so quickly.”
“We’ve just never been single at the same time,” Sarah talked about the reason why it took them so long to be together. And that’s true. Back in 2010, Sarah started dating the musician Angus McDonald, and they even moved in together in 2015. They were then last seen together in December 2017 but it’s not exactly clear when they broke up.
In case you’re wondering, this is the first marriage for both Dave and Sarah. Also, they didn’t have any children as of 2021, and it’s unclear if they plan on having any in the future.
