At Guys and St. Thomas Hospital NHS Trust, Dr. Emma oversees the Specialist Skin Cancer Multi-Desciplimary Team in addition to serving as a consultant dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, and dermatological and laser surgeon.
Emma, who is originally from Northern Ireland, relocated for her studies, studying in cities like Edinburgh and London. She currently resides in London but enjoys traveling to the countryside with her pals.
After receiving her postgraduate degree from Edinburgh, Dr. Emma Craythorne joined the Royal College of Physicians. A certified member of the General Medical Councils, she also completed a 4-year training program at Kings College Hospital in London. The St. John’s Institute of Dermatology at Guy’s and St. Thomas Hospital NHS Trust, where Dr. Craythorne currently works, then offered her a one-year Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Laser Surgery as a follow-up.
She serves as Trustee for the Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority as well as President of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group.
