The outlet recently reported that Jacky’s plastic surgeon has sued multiple former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures. Dr. Zach of PH-1 Miami sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she claimed in a RealSelf review that he had “mutilated” her.
Zachary alleged that Penn’s words were “false” and defamatory in court records that Page Six had obtained. Additionally, he charged her with inciting potential patients to look elsewhere for care “by directly engaging with” the review website commentators. In December 2021, the board-certified surgeon voluntarily dismissed the complaint without prejudice, effectively ending any further discussion of it.
The “BBL specialist” sued Kyla Neirenburg for $30,000 in August of the same year after she claimed in a Google review that “happy patients” of his “don’t exist.” This complaint was also obtained by PageSix. A patient looking for information on Dr. Zachary’s services should examine his reviews on RealSelf, according to the reviewer, as any good ones on Google are probably “fake” and “written by their own staff or friends.”
Jacky whose real name is Jaclyn Smith died at the age of 33. Her family has confirmed the sad news. “It is with sadden hearts we share with you that Jakclyn aka MsJackyOh has passed away on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023,” the Smith family said in a statement. “Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you please give us privacy during this time.”
