During his time in the company, Vincent supervised 20 managers and a cohesive sales team of 750 employees. He delivered exemplary leadership by cultivating a branch of 50+ physical stores across Germany and also maintained accountability for all departments, including Retail, Marketing, HR, and Property.
Vincent also founded Isico-USA-Sports in 1988 and served the company as a CEO till May 2013. He built the footwear franchise from the ground up and opened 11 stores (merged with JD Sports PLC in 2013). He is also a founder of O.G.Gear & Iceball Brand which he ran from 1995 to 2003.

Eliza Isichei initially started her career in media. She worked for WUFT News as a multimedia journalist from August 2016-December 2017. In addition to that, she also started anchoring and producing shows in the station. She selected, wrote, and edited stories for daily TV news segments. She also worked as a video and photo editor to accompany broadcasts.
In the meantime, from December 2017 to May 2018, Eliza worked for The Scion Group as Marketing Assitant. Her job responsibility included ensuring a high level of communication with current and prospective residents. She also assisted in on and off-site marketing strategies and initiatives.
