Gerrie Lagbuschagne is a fitness coach and other than that a professional rugby player. Late in 2021, he was signed by the U.S. squad The Houston SaberCats for the 2022 Major League Rugby season.
As per his Facebook BIO, he has been studying at the University of the Free State from February 1, 2014 – until the present (in January 2022).
From May 2009 to November 2013, Gerrie also attended Die Anker, Brakpan High School.
He played rugby all through his high school and college.
He played for Free State XV at the Vodacom Cup in 2015; the U21s at the U21s Provincial Championship; and was included also in the Cheetahs wide training Super Rugby group in 2016.
