Dalvin Cook And His Former Girlfriend Gracelyn Trimble’s Relationship
According to StarTribune, Dalvin Cook met his former girlfriend Gracelyn Trimble on a Florida beach in 2018. Over the years, they were in an “on-and-off” relationship until they parted ways in May 2020. To make the breakup official, she flew to Minnesota on 19 November 2020 over his Inver Grove Heights home. The lawsuit said she entered through the garage, grabbing mace she stored there on her way id.
However, the breakup didn’t end well.
According to the lawsuit, Dalvin got angry when he asked him to help find her belongings. The NFL star grabbed Garcelyn’s arms, and slung her whole body over the couch, slamming her face into the coffee table. This busted open her lower forehead and the bridge of her nose.
The lawsuit further revealed, Gracelyn attempted to spray the mace at Dalvin. But, he had her overpowered and mace went into her eyes. Then, she made her way into the shower where she was allegedly assaulted again.
Then, she goes for Dalvin’s gun and called her friend. Overhearing this, Dalvin allegedly threatened her and beat her with a broomstick. The next morning when Dalvin helped her to get to the airport, Trimble covered her injuries with a hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses, and a face mask.
On Nov. 25 in Florida when she sought treatment for her injuries, Gracelyn told medical personnel she had been in an ATV accident.
According to the lawsuit, Cook was accused of assault, battery, and false imprisonment. Gracelyn sought monetary compensation for the damages and also seeks accountability. The lawsuit also included a text message that stated, “I know what I did can’t be rewind…If you wanna go to the police I’ll respect that I’ll take my punishment for what I did!”
However, Davlin’s attorney, David Valentini responded that Trimble broke into Cook’s house, assaulted him and two houseguests, and is now trying to “extort him for millions of dollars.”
