Park and Recreation actress Helen Slayton-Hughes tragically died at the age of 92, her family confirmed the news. The actress’s cause of death is yet to reveal.
Paying tribute to the star, her family’s statement read: “Helen passed away last night. Her pain has ended but her fierce spirit lives on. Thank you for the love and support of her and her work. Rest sweet one.”
Many of her fans paid tribute to her on her socials. One wrote, “Will always miss that smile and attitude. The woman had it all and wasn’t ashamed to say things how they were.” Another added, “So sorry to hear. Our sincere condolences on your loss. May her memory be a blessing.”
Another added, “I am so sorry for your loss. I became a fan of Helen later in her life following her role in Parks and Rec. Helen brought a lot of light and laughter to the world and will be deeply missed 
thinking of Helen’s family in this sad time.”

Kristin hailed from Santa Fe, New Mexico. She works at Denver Performing Arts Complex and Curious Theatre Company.
Macduff was 57 years old being born in April 1965. He has been the engineering director at Google since 2007. Before Google, he also worked at Adobe Systems Inc., Xerox, and MicroLogic Software.
Macduff is married to his wife Twyla Hughes.
Her third son is Duncan Hughes who is reportedly an M.I.T. alum.
