Gabe is entirely accepted by Isabel as a transsexual guy, but Isabel worries that her family may not be as accepting. It seems like Gabe will tell Isabel’s parents the truth. He sits them down to talk in the Season 4 trailer for 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.

Gabriel and Isabel have been together for a little over a year. They celebrated the first anniversary of their relationship in August 2022. Gabe posted on his Facebook and captioned it, “Happy 1 year anniversary, dang time is flying.” Most recently, Gabe was in Medellín, Antioquia to be with his girlfriend.
