Jenicio Adame On Netflix’s Tex Mex Motors
Gather up motor enthusiasts, Netflix is here with a brand-new car restoration show. Tex Mex Motors follows a team in a shop right on the border of Mexico and the USA, in El Paso, Texas, intending to clear $250,000 before going deeper into Mexico to find and refurb even more cars.
The shop is run/owned by Mike Coy. As for our guy Jenicio Adame, he’s the bodywork specialist there.
On the show, Jenicio was described as an “El Paso local,” who was still learning the ropes. His boss said that Jenicio was “all heart and determination.”
Other members of Tex Mex Motors include Robert ‘Rabbit’ Pitts (sales guru), Scooter Wreyton (car scout), Wesley Zachary (master fabricator), and Jaime Hjelm (engine and electrical specialist).

Jenicio Adame garnered a net worth of under $350 thousand by 2023.
This Tex Mex Motors star is the owner of Car Crafters, a collision repair and detailing company in El Paso, TX.
“We offer hail repair and we know how to make your car look better than new! Come to @carcrafters915 for an estimate and we can explain the insurance claim process,” they wrote.
But they aren’t just your average repair specialist, the company also offered collision consults — or represented their clients in court if need be.
“These guys are the best, I came in Saturday around 1 pm explaining to them I’d be too embarrassed to drive my car with the scratches on its bumper. They took the car in on SATURDAY @ 2 pm, & I picked it up on SUNDAY @ 2 pm. The color is spot on! Couldn’t thank these guys enough,” a client praised them.
Another wrote, “Guys did an amazing job! I was looking around everywhere and called multiple places saying they couldn’t help or it would take too long. I called Car Crafters and they were really helpful from the jump and gave me a reasonable price. Fixed my problem with my Jeep and runs great! Thanks, Car Crafters! I highly recommend them!”

But there’s a gap in their post from May to mid-August 2022 as Jenicio was busy filming Tex Mex Motors then.
“For the people that may have been wondering why I haven’t been at the shop the past 4 and half months… I was filming a tv show building cars for NETFLIX,” he wrote on IG.
Jenicio Adame Age
Jenicio Adame was 27 years of age when he appeared on Tex Mex Motors in 2023.
However, he was a year younger when he filmed the show.
Jenicio Adame Family
Jenicio Adame comes from a family of five but without a mother.
“My mother was not in my life and I never hated her for it just missed the mother and son moments,” he said.
Sadly, his mother Maria wasn’t doing so well in mid-2016. She passed away soon after.
After her death, Jenicio took his mother’s ashes to California and met his mother’s family for the first time in his life.
As for his father, Gilbert Adame turned 54 in January 2023. A El Paso, Texas, native, Gilbert went to Bel Air High School and The University of Texas at El Paso, and now he works with his son at Car Crafters.
Now, talking about his siblings, Jenicio has two sisters and a brother.
His sister, BB was an A student in advanced classes. She even made it to honor society and won first place in cheer for the city as its captain. Plus, she won every race she was in the track the entire 2017 season.
Sadly, we don’t know much about his brother Quinten.
As for the youngest, she turned 15 in 2023.
Besides them, Jenicio was also close to his cousins Tiffany Heuze, Crystal Leanne, Andrew Romero, and Gilbert Armenta.
Did you know: Jenicio was all set to join the infantry before he changed his mind to go to school. He attended Montwood High School where he was dropped from Jr to freshman because “they don’t value education from other states,” his dad said.

Jenicio Adame didn’t seem to have a wife. However, he has a baby mother, and together, they were raising their son named Daniel who turned six on October 3, 2022.
The last we saw Jenicio with his baby mama with their little one was in March 2022. They visited the Albuquerque Zoo at the time.
“I couldn’t say no to this [the zoo trip]. The zoo is like 3x the size of El Paso Zoo… he had the time of his life and even said it was the time of his life !! I love my son so much I’m glad I found a partner that does so much for our son,” Jenicio recalled the day.
