Starting with the story of the start of his fitness trainer journey Jordan shared that he started young. He shared, “When I was 13, my Dad took me to my first gym and I started to learn the benefits of exercise. I was always an active kid, I played Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, and Football you name it. I loved playing any sport”.
Jordan was diagnosed with ADHD, Tourette’s, and Dyslexia which made studying and concentrating very hard. He received Adderall as a prescription. But he told his mother he will find an alternative to deal with his diagnosis. He later discovered the gym to be his aid and hasn’t turned back ever since.
Over the years of his career as a trainer, he has learned one thing: “Life is about balance and enjoying the journey, it’s a marathon, not a sprint!”.
Before joining the cast of the show, Jordan Morello shared that he is a personal trainer. While attending university, he graduated with a Pre-Clinical Degree. He writes on his blog, that he wanted to be a PA/MD so he began working in the hospital as an EMT, shadowing many MDs.
Jordan could impact a lot of lives on a daily basis. Hence he made it his goal to become a PA/MD to help others and to relate to those who have had similar injuries, mental, and physical.
