The brothers began by flipping houses, utilizing the idea of 100% financing. They wanted more though as they quickly flipped and sold more houses. They entered the mortgage industry, starting their own business and hiring buddies as employees.
However, the 2007/2008 real estate market crash floored their real estate business. “I couldn’t get out of bed for eight months, but I’m lucky enough to have my brother,” he told Entrepreneur. “We motivated each other. We found ourselves on the weekends driving around to check out houses just because it was free. And it was like, ‘Look, why don’t we just become realtors again? We love this!’ So we started doing that and slowly worked our way out of our hole.”
In 24 month period, two brothers sold about $500 million in residential real estate.
Talking about her husband, Alan was born in the early Autumn of 1948 which makes him 74 years old as of September 2022. On his birthday in 2022, Judi wished her husband, “Happy Birthday Baby!!! Don’t we have fun!”
Alan is a doctor, Consultative Gynecologist for Menopause and Sexual Dysfunction.
