Netflix’s Love Is Blind season 4 hit the screen on March 24, 2023, and for the first time in its history, the singles were searching for love on the west coast. However, as always the theme remained the same — 30 new participants including Josh Demas, entered the pod in search of love whilst only listening to their potential other’s voices.
Recalling the experience, Josh said that she was super excited for all his well-wishers to see him on the experimental dating show. He even took to his IG to write, “So excited to finally share that I’m part of the Season 4 cast of @loveisblindnetflix! Can’t wait for you all to see where my journey to find love takes me when Love is Blind premieres on March 24th.”
For those of you new to the show, Love Is Blind follows singles who introduce themselves through their respective pods, unable to see each other, but, able to communicate as much as they want. So, once they’ve decided, the potential husband/wife would then embark on a trip to a romantic destination, and meet each other’s family before deciding if they want to get married in the final ep or not.

What Is Josh Demas Ideal Girlfriend?
Josh Demas was in a relationship for seven long years. So, when he got back to the dating game, he felt like it was “hard to find anything of substance.” He wanted a girlfriend who was “down-to-earth”, takes “time to listen” and hopefully wasn’t turned off by his competitive/funny nature.
“People either love or hate that I joke around a lot,” he said.
But if ever found “the one”, he promises to love and also spoil her a lot. “Just give her my debit card and let her buy whatever she wants. It’s gonna decline, but it’s the thought that counts,” he joked.

Josh Demas comes from a family of six.
His father, Louis (Char) Demas, who turned 58 in Jan 2023, was a wrestler in the [notoriously tough and brutal] Marine Corps program. He was hopeful Josh would take up wrestling too. So, to get him ready at the highest level, he got Josh started in Iiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai just at age 5.
On the other hand, his mother, Charlene (Lou) Demas (born: Dec 1968) didn’t like violence. “Momma is a saint, yeah she raised me real good,” he said.
As for his siblings, Josh has three brothers named Dom, Tati, and Achille.
Amongst them, only Josh and Dom (Dominick) took up wrestling. His brother Dom is a California Polytechnic State University graduate who has won a youth national title and placed sixth in the state as a freshman. He also earned a pair of Ohio state titles and was a three-time finalist and four-time state place winner during his time at Dublin Coffman HS.
Sadly, Josh’s loving grandmother Marilyn Kathryn Demaspassed away from heart failure unexpectedly on July 18, 2015. She was 73 at the time.

Josh Demas was raised to be a fighter. He is a two-time Ohio high school state champion at Westerville North who qualified for the NCAA tournament and had some big wins. Unfortunately, at the prestigious 2012 Cliff Keen tournament in Las Vegas, Joshs injured his shoulder and spent the rest of the year coping as best he could.
In 2014, Josh then returned to the scene and the next year, he made it to the 2015 NCAA Qualifier while posting a record of 16-8.
