Josh Panter and Mackenzie Edwards started dating in early 2023. According to Josh, he had known the Teen Mom star for “10 years or so” before they reconnected in Jan 2023. “Mackenzie and I are friends and enjoy each other’s company. Neither of us is worried about ‘titles.’ We both just came out of a marriage,” he added.

Unfortunately, in Jan 2023, Ryan accused Mackenzie of cheating on IG, which led to his arrest for violating a protective order in February. Mackenzie then filed for divorce, and Ryan faced additional arrests in March and April.
Amidst their controversy, Josh’s mother also confirmed that her son was dating the Teen Mom star. “My blonde bandits … I love them littles,” Josh’s mother shared a FB post alongside a series of photos from the family’s trip to Orange Beach, Alabama, in early June.
Though Mackenzie was not seen in any of the photos, she was tagged in the post.
