On 17 June 2021, as they marked their 25th wedding anniversary, Julia took to her Instagram @juliaquinnauthor to disclose how her “good doctor” husband got her this beautiful pendant necklace from Tiffany. Paul had it customized for his wife with (melted snow) from the top of Mount Everest that he brought with him when he submitted it in 2016.
Before-Bridgeton readers of Julia Quinn were probably aware that she dedicates most of her books to Dr. Paul Pottinger. Sometime in the past, when they sat together for an interview, Paul when asked to comment on the fact that Julia dedicates her books to him, had told the outlet, “I love, love, love that.
