Who Are Justin Farrell Parents?
Justin Farrell is the youngest of three children of John and Lynn Farrell, the founders of John Farrell Real Estate Co. His parents married in 1976 after his Lynn moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 1975 from a small town approximately 60 miles west of the Lake.
In 1984, John started the real estate company after 18 years in the banking industry. With time, patience, and hard effort, Lynn joined the real estate company in 1988, and together, John and Lynn have developed one of the most successful real estate businesses in the Lake of the Ozarks.
After their marriage, Lynn was hired as City Clerk of Osage Beach and retained that position for 7 years until she and John’s last son, Justin, was born in 1982. She received her license as a real estate salesperson in August 1988 and her broker’s license in October 1988. She became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist after attending a seminar on luxury home marketing in Dallas, Texas, in January 2005.
In 1992, Lynn joined the Million Dollar Club, and in 1994, she became a lifetime member. Lynn made the decision to become more involved with the Board of Realtors in 1997. She ran for State Director in 1997 and was elected for two years. She also held office as the Association’s treasurer in 1999, secretary in 2000, vice president in 2001, and president in 2002.
For her unwavering optimistic attitude and willingness to go above and beyond, she was awarded the Realtor of the Year Award in 2001 and the Spirit Award by the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors in 2004.
Jonas and Justin also have an older sister named Alicia Farrell Lange.
