For five years, Kelcey was a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys. She was the first group leader in the 2023 season. Debbie Foley-Wetterberg and Larry Wetterberg are the parents of Kelcey Wetterberg. Debbie works at Children’s Nebraska. Whereas, Larry is serving as a Resource Conservationist at USDA.

As Kelcey discloses during a candid interview for “America’s Sweethearts,” the couple “broke up for a little while” while Nate was “pursuing acting.”
“I was (a) Dallas Cowboys cheerleader and working as a nurse. Both (of us) were really focused on our careers and it just wasn’t the time for us,” she added in the show.
However, they reconciled and they got engaged on 9 September 2023. In the documentary, Nate tells Kelcey that he wants to pop the question and turns a couple’s photo session into an unexpected engagement. The cheer squad then throws Kelcey an engagement party as a surprise.
Kelcey announced their engagement with another post that read, “What a surprise!!! Nate, you are the man of my dreams! You make life so bright and full of love. Our love story has brought so much happiness and growth to my life, & now we get to write a new chapter! I’ll love you forever, I can’t wait to be your wife!!!!!”
In honor of Nate’s 29th birthday, Kelcey posted two pictures to Instagram with a heartfelt message that hinted to their impending wedding. “Happy birthday to my future husband,” she wished Nate his birthday. “You are the most selfless, kind, and patient man I’ve known. Cheers to 29 & the year we get married.”
Nate is an actor who has appeared on TV shows such as The Date Whisperer, Something’s Brewing, You Can’t Escape Me, Minx, and a few other shows.
Furthermore, Nate, a former football player for the university, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He is currently employed in California as an emergency room and trauma nurse. Polish, Irish, Croatian, and German by birth, Nate intends to get his paramedic certificate in order to practice as a flight nurse and medic. Nate was crowned the fourth Mister Supranational at the competition in Katowice, Poland, in December 2018.
Nate is the first American man to earn the most coveted title in male pageantry as Mister Supranational 2019.
