Kenny Arias On Selling The Hamptons
Selling the Hamptons kicked off at a lavish open house that J.B. Andreassi threw at in East Hampton (which was also once featured on Behind The Hedges), and there appeared Kenny Arias all set to make a name for himself.
As seen in the pictures, the three newbies were paired with the three main stars from Million Dollar Beach House, where Kenny was partnered up with Peggy Zabakolas. The rest were depicted as J.B. Andreassi/Bianca D’Alessio (newcomer), and Michael Fulfree/ Mia Calabrese (newcomer).
Like Million Dollar Beach House, Selling the Hampton was also set to follow this group of Hamptons-based Nest Seekers agents as they attempted to move properties during the peak selling season.
But since this is a Discovery Plus show, many were confused if it was a franchise of Selling Sunset. Well, according to J.B. Andreassi, it’s not!
Though their titles may be similar, Selling Sunset and Selling the Hamptons are not directly related. The agents of the former show worked for The Oppenheim Group while the Discovery Plus stars were a part of Nest Seekers International.
“Our show is real. It’s authentic. I can’t speak for the other shows, but we live and breathe this thing — day to day, minute to minute.” J.B. shared his view on how it’s “different.”
As for Kenny, he was just happy to be a part of the team. On October 4, 2021, the star posted an IG pic of the cast vacationing on a boat, captioned, “We are the real estate dream team!”
But this wasn’t the only post where he promoted himself. A day before the show’s premiere, Kenny took it to his IG to write, “Selling The Hamptons a @discoveryplus original series (star emoji) me!”

According to his Linkedin, this talented realtor joined Nest Seekers International back in May 2018 — though the show only premiered in 2022. So, as of writing this article he had already worked for the reputed real estate company for almost 4 years.
Before that, Kenny took on the job of a manager at the Bank of America for 10 years 10 months. Reportedly, he started working there in August 2007 and was responsible for assisting the manager with “resource management, operational excellence, managing partnerships, associate development, and proficiency.”
