Margaret reportedly ended her friendship with her childhood friend, Laura Jensen, after she found out that Laura met with other cast members in hopes to star in the 13th season of RHONJ. Margaret claimed that she tried her years to have production cast her friend on the show but after “countless acts of betrayal” she no longer wanted her on the show.
A celebrity gossip account @Deuxmoi leaked texts from Margaret in July 2022, wherein she had called Laura a “snake” and a “beast.” In response to the leaked message, Margaret wrote, “Hi, I sent that text to a group with her on it. Laura, who was rumored to be appearing in Season 13 of the hit Bravo show to expose Marge with the help of Jennifer Aydin, said she never tried to come on Real Housewives of New Jersey as an enemy of Margaret.
“I just figured after years of non-show-related shady shit that she pulled with our friendship, I thought it might be nice to do her castmates a favor and enlighten them about a few things after she tried to ruin their lives totally disregarding their children,” Laura said. “Our friendship did not end because of the show; that is just the lie that helps her rest her head on the pillow at night,” she continued.
