Jason Duggar is engaged to his fiancee Maddie Grace in late August 2024. Maddie, who changed her name to Maddie Grace Duggar, announced their engagement via an IG post.
“On 8/24, Jase asked me to marry him, and I could not be more excited!!” almost a week before she said yes to his proposal, Maddie wrote a caption for the photo. “Thank you @kaylajohnsonphoto_ for capturing this special moment so beautifully.”
Whereas, Jason commented in the comment section writing, “She said yes!.”
The article included a picture of the couple’s enchanting engagement with a heart-shaped rose stand with the words “Will You Marry Me?” lit up in the center. Encircled by candlelight, Jason and Maddie shared an embrace on the sand.
Three months have passed since the pair first announced their relationship on social media when they shared photos of themselves holding hands on the beach and dressed in matching white clothes. Maddie also accompanied Jason on his sister Jana’s wedding to Stephen Wissman in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Although the couple hasn’t revealed much about their relationship, their photographer, Kayla Johnson, enthused about their impending wedding, calling it the “sweetest relationship [she’s] ever seen.”

On April 21, 2000, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Ruark welcomed Jason Michael Duggar into the world. Jason has responsibilities that the family refers to as “jurisdictions,” just like most kids do. In 2011, Jason’s responsibilities included tidying the living room and removing the rubbish from the lower level. Jason’s parents started a buddy system about the time he was born, matching each older child with a smaller child to look for.
