They can be spotted together on his socials as early as July 2009. Marcel and Suzanne have been together ever since. In one of the photos from 2019, Suzanne had a diamond ring on her finger. The company had branches in different states such as Delaware, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Nevada, Washington DC, Texas, Florida, Idaho, and Oregon.
The company made headlines in local news back in November 2018. As the story goes, an elderly woman named Sulma DeLeon received a letter that she owed a huge chunk of money on the second mortgage she owed to West Coast Capital Group. She became the victim of “zombie second.” She had made regular payments for her first mortgage and also received a letter that stated her second loan was “charged off” and “no further payments would be required.”
The company responsible for the case was Marcel’s company West Coast Capital Group, Inc. a small but curiously well-funded operation out of a tiny office in Huntington Beach. According to the Home Town Station, he had a very interesting attitude similar to that of a mob enforcer sent to collect the vig from unfortunate gamblers. He represented himself as the one and only person to talk to. He had many less-than-helpful suggestions, like on November 16, 2017, when he suggested our client go ask their church for money because a lot of investors were getting money from church people lately. Or on April 3, 2018, when he suggested their client “sell a body part, or just rent one out.”
Furthermore, On 5 April 2018, West Coast Capital Group filed a foreclosure Notice of Sale. The company demanded nearly $100,000 or they would contest the bankruptcy and take her home. As West Coast Capital Group was close to prevailing in the bankruptcy court, and because Mrs. DeLeon had had enough, she offered to give West Coast Capital Group the keys and be done with it.
