Looks like family members of “Love Is Blind” star Deepti Vempati wasn’t done with Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee having second thoughts about her. Deepti’s brother Sunny (real name Gaurav) and her sister-in-law Hina Merchant took shots at “Shake” via an Instagram post while complimenting his sister.
Sunny is Deepti’s older brother and one of the three kids born to Venkateswar and Gayatri Vempati. Sunny and Divya also have a sister named Divya who is working as UX Generalist at State Farm. She had previously worked for Adelante Shoe Co. as a Product Designer, Researcher at Purdue Research Fair, and IT Student Intern at State Farm. She earned her BS in Computer Graphic Technology from Purdue University.
In the recent post, Sunny and his wife Hina started the post by admiring their sister Deepti as they claimed, “Deepu, we are SO incredibly proud of you. We’ve witnessed you grow into such an incredible and beautiful woman.” They talked about how much Deepti has inspired people to realize their self-worth and demand what they deserve.
“We wish you didn’t pick that [clown emoji] but despite his childishness, you carried yourself with grace and continued to see the good in people. We’re so damn proud to call you our baby sister, and know we’re there for you always.”
Then, the couple thanked everyone for their love and support on Reddit and Twitter.
Sunny Vempati On Shake
After that, Sunny came to the main man Abhishek “Shake” Chatterjee, and called him a “loser” and “clout” chaser. He started with, “Now normally I don’t get involved in drama but I’mma defends my sister here: ‘Shake’, bruh, you’re a loser. You minimized my sister’s life by making some awful and cringeworthy comments about her.”
Sunny added further, “You made these statements knowing your mom would one day watch it; my parents and my entire family had to sit through you talking behind my sister’s back about insecurities she fought her entire life.”
Then, he concluded, “Despite your best efforts to pretend this was all fictional and it was because of the ‘edit’, no one forced you to say those words,” they added. “We welcomed you into our home, and you saw it as an opportunity for clout; so forgive me if I’m not sympathetic towards you and the hate you’re receiving.”
Deepti and “Shake” broke up after the show and “Shake” had commented that he wasn’t physically attracted to her. Deepti, after the break-up, commented, “I don’t think he realizes what he just lost. And a little time from now, he’s gonna look back and realize he lost the best thing of his life. And when that day comes, I’ll be long gone. To me, that’s heartbreaking, but I have to see my worth and move on. He doesn’t deserve me.”
